Why Goals Don't Always Need to be Shared

Now, with my whole life changing in the next 100 days I'm sure many people want to know what I'm changing and why. And while I do want to share what and why due to accountability I think I'm going to hold off in sharing everything.

Over the course of the next 100 days I'm going to be finding myself in a way I never thought I would need. I never thought I would drop every goal and plan I had prior to "go with the flow" and figure myself out.

However, I will throw the dogs a bone. I'm going to change these lifestyle elements.

  1. Fitness and health: this includes working out, diabetes management, and vitamins

  2. Nutrition and diet: I don't plan on partaking in a diet, because those simply don't work for me. However, I will be focusing on my macros and micros! I want to track the intake of my vitamins, add more veggies and take out the overwhelming amount of sugar I eat sometimes. I also need to start eating consistently.

  3. Sleep: I need more sleep. Period.

  4. Mental Clarity

  5. Organization

  6. Grades and final school touchups

  7. Friends and social life

Overall, I don't think these things are too much to change. And this may not be my last time to change, but the last time to simply make these changes.
